WHAT IS YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND POLICY?

Returns, refunds and exchanges are not available due to nature of shipping live rare plants & limited inventory. We always do our best to ensure the plants arrive in perfect condition but we can’t control once the plants leaves our hands. All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Please note:

1) We are not responsible if you forget to add a heat pack and your plant arrives with cold damages.

2) We are not responsible for shipping delays, losses, shipping box damages caused by the carriers & weather conditions.

3) We are not responsible if the order is sent to the wrong address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before clicking Submit/Purchase button.
